Our Story

Uplift Media began in 2003 as a way to tell stories creatively through visual media.  Tired with the way corporate, commercial, instructional and educational videos were being made, we felt passionate that they didn’t need to continue to be boring, dry and dull. So we decided to infuse every project brought to us with rich imagination, unique to each client’s story. As word of mouth spread about our work, new relationships grew and more clients entrusted Uplift Media with their stories. 

Uplift Media creates as a collective. We are passionate storytellers, producers, writers, directors, cinematographers, editors, colorists, animators, visual effects artists, compositors, sound designers, and musicians who are exceptional at our craft and who love telling stories in fresh and original ways.

At our core is a desire for moral, social and cultural betterment expressed through video and film production. 

We are proudly based in Calgary, Alberta – Canada.
